This painting was done on location west of Arroyo Seco, near Taos, NM. I love how the virga is always the hope for rain!

This plain air landscape oil painting is painted on canvas and framed in a classic, clean maple floater frame. It is painted in the impasto fashion using a spatula to produce thick, rich color. It comes ready to hang.
